Using ponies as an excuse to paint a landscape. Also it's Golden Harvest/Carrot Top relaxing and watching her vegetables grow. Fun little painting. Tried to give it a bit of an impressionist vibe.

As far as I know it's just two names for the same character. Unless season 3 plans to elaborate on her mysterious twin or something.
