Twilight's cutie mark, rendered with mathematical precision. For some reason I used to think that there were 6 white stars surrounding the central one. Five does make sense though, as they may represent the Elements of Harmony, with the centre one being the sixth, i.e. magic.
Having five small white stars instead of six was a bit of a challenge, as it ruled out horizontal symmetry. I'm quite happy with the asymmetrical approach. It took some fiddling around to get a nice placement of the stars. Far more complex was laying out the line pattern though, which gives it a bit of a stained glass look.
The vectors were drawn in Inkscape, including several layers for the colours. I composited the image with Gimp though, because Inkscape doesn't support any fancy layer modes.

So do I. It's awesome. Great job here, great job indeed!
...ffff must fav so I can reference these maths in terms of placement.
